Terms of use
These are the beta terms for the Reeda desktop app and the reeda.ai website, operated by UP Collective. By installing the app or using the site you agree to them. A full agreement will replace this page when paid plans launch.
Beta software
Reeda is pre-release software. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It may have bugs, change without notice, or stop working with a given app or operating system update. Don't rely on it for anything where a failure would cause harm.
Licence
You may install and use Reeda on computers you own or control, for personal or business use, free of charge during the beta. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, or remove notices from it.
Third-party voices
If you connect a voice provider such as ElevenLabs with your own API key, your use of that service and any costs are between you and the provider, under their terms.
Pricing
The Free plan is free. Pro pricing shown on the site is the intended launch price and may change before launch; founding beta users who join the beta list will be offered the launch price. Nothing is charged during the beta.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UP Collective is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of Reeda or the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, which during the beta is zero.
Accounts
You need a free account to use Reeda. Keep your sign-in email under your control; anyone who can read that inbox can sign in as you. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service or the voice providers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UP Collective is registered, and disputes go to the courts there, unless consumer law where you live gives you a better right.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
